Created by Yves Saint Laurent in 1980 as part of his celebrated annual LOVE series, this original vintage poster features a wonderfully playful musical composition rendered in pink, blue, black and grey. Beginning in 1970, Saint Laurent created a new LOVE design each year as a personal New Year greeting for friends, collaborators and clients. With its hand-drawn quality and unmistakable sense of colour, LOVE 1980 is a charming example from one of the designer's most collectible graphic series.
