This colourful Italian poster was designed by Remo Tirincanti for Ente Nazionale Assistenza Lavoratori (E.N.A.L), an organisation that promoted leisure activities for workers in post-war Italy.

The slogan, 'Italiani, organizzate il vostro tempo libero!' ('Italians, organise your free time!'), encourages people to make use of their free time through travel, sport, theatre, music and other cultural pursuits. Tirincanti illustrates this idea with a playful hot-air balloon rising above an industrial skyline, symbolising workers lifting themselves out of everyday factory life through recreation.
