An original Boris Bućan political poster created during Croatia's independence movement, circa 1990–91. Titled Domovina Vas Očekuje ('The Homeland Awaits You'), it depicts passengers aboard a ship carrying Croatian chequered flags, symbolising return, national identity and hope during a period of profound political change. Printed as an offset lithograph, it is one of Bućan's most evocative works outside his celebrated theatre poster oeuvre.
